How to delete your account in the “AWT Taxi” app, and which data is removed.
Delete it in the app
You can delete your account yourself at any time, without contacting us:
1. Open the “AWT Taxi” app.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom bar.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
4. Confirm.
Deletion happens immediately. No email confirmation is needed.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us at office@airport-wien-taxi.com from, or naming, the email address of your account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
Your name, email address, phone number and password, along with any linked Google or Apple sign-in, are deleted or irreversibly anonymised. You will no longer be able to sign in.
What we have to keep
Rides you have already taken remain stored as business records. We are required to keep them in order to meet tax and commercial retention obligations. After your account is deleted these records are no longer linked to it and are used solely for accounting.
You can still book as a guest without an account.
