We collect and process personal data from applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing may also take place electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits application documents to us electronically, for example by email.

If an employment contract is concluded with an applicant, the submitted data will be stored for the purpose of managing the employment relationship in compliance with legal regulations. If no employment contract is concluded, the application documents will be automatically deleted six months after the rejection decision is communicated, unless legitimate interests on our part prevent deletion.
